2. Do you offer FINA-approved competition swimwear?
Yes! We carry a selection of FINA-approved jammers for boys and FINA-approved costumes and kneeskins for girls, perfect for competitive swimmers who need regulation-compliant gear.
3. How do I choose the right size swimwear?
Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements in both inches and centimeters. For competition swimwear, we recommend checking the specific brand’s sizing as they often run smaller than regular swimwear. If you’re between sizes or unsure, consider sizing up for training wear or consulting our customer service team.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information:
  • DHL/FedEx shipments: Detailed tracking with regular updates
  • EMS shipments: Fewer updates but will show customs clearance and final delivery

We offer two shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 for orders under $50): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (for orders over $50): Via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
