Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Return must be initiated within the 15-day window
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Girl’s Swim Bikinis, Briefs, or any opened Clearance & B-Grade Wetsuits unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Sacramento facility using a trackable shipping method. For exchanges, we’ll cover return shipping costs for US customers.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or you’re exchanging for a different size/color. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
- No additional shipping charges for standard exchanges
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll only pay the difference

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including FINA Approved swimwear with manufacturing flaws):
