Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties, which are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Return must be initiated within the 15-day window
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Girl’s Swim Bikinis, Briefs, or any opened Clearance & B-Grade Wetsuits unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) to return (name, size, color)
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The return is due to our error
- You’re exchanging for a different size/color (US customers only)
- The item is defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- For exchanges, we’ll cover return shipping costs for US customers.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Exchanges
- For size or color exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return.
- No additional shipping charges for standard exchanges.
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll only pay the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including FINA Approved swimwear with manufacturing flaws):
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement
- You may qualify for a prepaid return shipping label
International Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
